Description
Test bench features
The IPC100 simulator can be grafted onto a traditional test bench (minimum power is not less than 11KW), and can simultaneously detect 3 pump nozzles (single fuel injectors) of the same brand and model, each EUI must be equipped with independent assembly accessories such as Bushings, reaction flanges, tappets, gaskets.
The IPC simulator can automatically detect the single pump at three different speeds: 500rpm, 800rpm, and 1000rpm. In addition to automatic detection, users can choose free detection and preset detection. Automatic detection results can be saved and printed.
Test bench software
1. Industrial computer, WINDOWS operating system, floppy disk, CD and 2 USB interfaces.
2. The software can accurately complete the detection of the individual injectors in order, and can specify the detection scheme and update the injector package regularly according to the market.
3. 15-inch color TFT display.
Test bench structure
